Order Processing Flow

1.Order Submitted: Select the product and submit the order according to the process. If you have a discount code, please remember to enter the discount code before submitting the order.
2.Contact Customerservice: Please contact us through WhatsApp on the homepage of the website or contact us through IG or email. It is recommended that WhatsApp or email be the first choice.
3.Payment request sent: Please send the order number to our customer service to get the payment information.
4.Payment Received: After the payment sent, please send the payment record to customer service to confirm the order.
5.Factory Confirmed：After order confirmation, we will notify the factory to arrange the goods on same day.

6.Items Ready: We have picked up the goods from the factory. If the order is for sneakers, shoes will usually be picked up within 1-3 days after placing the order; if the order is for designer items, the goods will usually be picked up within 5-7 days after placing the order.
7.QC Sent: After receiving the goods, our customer service will send you product details pictures at the first time to confirm the quality.

8.GL : Green Light, which means the quality inspection has passed and you are satisfied with our products.
RL : Red Light, which means the quality inspection failed and you are not satisfied with our product.

9.Shipped: For QC GL, the goods will be sent out the next day; For QC RL, please contact our customer service for processing

10.Tracking number sent: Generally,the tracking number will be provided to you within 1-2 days after the goods are shipped.

11.Order completed: Congratulations!The goods arrived smoothly and the transaction was completed.
